Title: Characters with certin clothing

Hey guys Im looking for characters that have certin types of clothing i need them for a sprite edit its not a request but i just need to know who they are anywho im looking for characters that have Cargo Pants or Shorts, and wear muscle shirts (other then Guile he has too much muscle mass on him.( thanx.

cargo pants would be charlie SF shorts could use Joe CVS and muscle tee shirts ill have to look hope this will help  :) :)
