Real Name: Edward Allen Brock
Bio: The Anti-Venom was a symbiote created by the antibodies in Eddie Brock's system that had bonded with the Venom symbiote (with the help of Mister Negative). Eddie Brock wore the symbiote for a time before it perished in Spider-Island.
Powers: Berserker Strength, Siphon Abilities, Danger Sense(Spider-sense), Webslinger, Unarmed Combat, Elasticity, Chameleon, Adaptive, Radar Sense, Feral, Wall Clinger, Claws, Super Strength, Healing, Agility, External resistance to the symbiote, Improved management of the genetic material.

I think it's possible but I'm not sure how easy or hard it is

You'd have to hard code it in to recognize certain character's moves. I'm not sure on the specifics, but I think it would have to actually be coded into the OTHER char to work.
I've seen char specific moves in Lex Luthor, Green Arrow, and Batman (the one by Alucard/Scruffy).
Some of the animations (the turns, a few punches, etc) are painfully badly animated. Others are good. Maybe on the stance don't have the head move so much, or if you do make his back/neck come down more as he does.

its not possible for regular mugen download only for full game because you would have to change every other characters attr to make all fire and electric attacks one variable in every character.
but i know one thing you can do. you can make it so when he goes into burn and shock state he can gain health. never tried it but im sure thats possible

I say use both, your sprites are amazing! But i have a couple of suggestions. On your crouching hard kick and some of the kick normal attacks you have where his leg turns into pikes, why not make them a lil longer and bigger width and height wise.
Reason why I say this is because you said in his description that he has the power of elasticity/ So does every other symbiote and it makes since only to make them atleast longer. Cus the way some of the normal attacks are now, he will have the most disadvantage toward the other symbiotes because of the range of some of his normal attacks.
I liked what you used but I think you need to make the shaping of the spikes and pikes or whatever on his normal attacks a bit bigger and longer. Not dhalsim longer but longer than what they are now.
Other than that dude this character is on point!
