haha disregard my last statetment about virus. my computer was messing up. and i only see 2 bugs right now which i will point out in a few. also it would be nice if you could take out those thor sprites in the sff but none of those are major

Yes I forgot to remove the ";" symbol on the
triggerall = power >= 3000
in the .cmd file while testing.
I also found a debug flood in his laser gauntlet move thing o.O#

Hey I like this Red Skull!
I had some of the older versions, and while I liked the look in some cases, this is fully realized. I think all the moves (which takes a fair amount of imagination) fit well. But if its not there already, you might want to explain the Cosmic Cube/Tesseract in the txt file somewhere. Otherwise, it doesn't make a lot of sense for folks not familiar with the Red Skull.
Is the shoulder charge a "borrowed" move from Cap? If so, I like the comparison.
Only suggestion I have: with the beam hyper, it might be good to add the cube somewhere visibly (maybe I missed it, but seems like its not in the animation).
Otherwise, the only other thing might be a special intro with Cap... .V.!
Why not add that one and replace the other one? It looks really good.

The problem is where is he gonna hit in something that big, how successful and how vulnerable will it be? Will the move take too long to perform or be effective in damaging? Will it be overpowered in that case or miss a lot? How will red skull transition to that thing and then back to normal to continue the fight?
See these are the questions I asked myself and I found out that for a fighter you have to compromise and do what's best for the game,the fun, the controls, the big picture.
Zvitor once told me that Loganir's "Thor character is awesome....but man does his level 3 hyper attack take long to finish".
Something like that.
But he had a good point. No question that the move itself is beautiful and unique but if the fight has to wait 20 seconds into a match to finish just so he can do it again 5 seconds later then something has to be changed.
Remember a fight is a fight and fights don't really last that long. A punch has to punch, you can't add in stuff that will slow that down.
It just doesn't fit to work well. It can be sprited, it can be coded, but does it add to the fight or does it subtract. I found out that it subtracts. *Iceman ThumbsDown!*

Ayo nice release but i must say it still has many bugs to be fixed..like when red skull is hit with a hyper u can see a sprite of thor pop outta nowere its pretty weird and he also freezes sometimes when he gets hit with a hyper as well
Some of his required sprites are hard to find, apparently Thor shared a lot of the same sprites in multiple frames. I have some bug issues allready fixed, I am looking to do an update and have some new minor stuff included like a flight mode using rocket boots! ;)

For a 5 years of work it's a bit strange everything's so rushed...
i tested this briefly and at last it's good that you said you will will focus in fixing
this char before anything else.
in special check all that broken colisions, high priorities, width ctrl issues, infinity hypers,
misalign "shining" explods, broken P2 states in first attack - letters bug , that pause taunt...etc..etc
But in special you need to fix your broken attitude about readme files :P
No one will guess a command moveset/ gameplay/ fixes/ history/ version downloaded of your char by osmosis.
You need to do a proper char documentation when releasing something.
...YES people check this often before and "on the fly" testing a character.
BTW... Nice sprites. Congratulations! Nice to know you like to share, i like it too. :)
I heard someone is thinking about doing a good use of all these for a brand new Skull.
including that robot hyper you think don't fit in. But he's planning using a "Sleeper" version of the robot instead.

Couple thing I noticed, mostly pointed out by Loganir:
- CLSN boxes need to be cleaned up and simplified. There's tons of sprite that have too many hitboxes, too large hitboxes, or hitboxes not on the character.
- way too much infinite priority on his hypers and his whip attack
- his back dash looks choppy - might need another sprite or two of animation
- His HP and crouch HP looks odd with the effect you have in there now. Needs to be less choppy and not quite so large
- files should always be cleaned up before release - a simple renaming takes no time for you to do. Opening a char file and finding another character's name in there sometimes gives a bad impression of a rushed/sloppy project
- Thor sprites should be removed
Spites are decent looking. Better looking then other Red Skulls. He still has massive play issues though.

Axkeeper, you might be better off focusing on one at a time or beta testing them instead of a full blown release. Better to have a few good, solid releases then a bunch of rushed ones. Plus, if you keep releasing rushed stuff, people might be put off from releasing feedback.

Much better since the updates. The hypers seriously need a damage increase though, each one should be taking about 35-40% of life. Also if you can, the dust of death hyper should also have a lingering effect on health and flash the opponent red like iori's flame flashes them purple/red/etc. The cartoon music in the background of his speech can get annoying fast, so maybe some samples from the captain america movies and the avengers show.
