Hello!
This is my 6th creation in the mugen engine, KaiserVegaSSF'2 Plus
*A lot of things based in Vega of SFEX, SFZ(A), CVS, SVC, and SF4 games.

damn that vega (bison) looks wild crazy^^ Its good to see folks are just havin fun comin up with some wild @ss ideas for creations for mugen these days. keep it alive man! Thanks for sharing!
