Title: IMT Screenpack Select Screen Portraits and Sprites

Hi, nice to meet you all.  Been messing around with MUGEN for two months now and figured it would be time to join one of the communities.  Sadly, it also coincides when I need help.

I am using the International MUGEN Tournament Screenpack and was curious as to how I go about getting the custom sprites (if that is the correct term) under the main portrait on the character select screen.  I have seen a few screenpacks which utilize this feature but despite my search terms, I haven't been able to find any good tutorials or information except how to swap a main character select portrait.  I opened one character in Fighter Factory  and went to the location 9000, 1, but it almost looked like they were one picture to include the victory portrait.

Short question is, how do I edit or change the custom sprites for each character.

Thanks in advance for any information and time you can spare.  Tutorial links are also welcome.
