This is a common error for sound in Mugen and is associated with not only your plugins, but also your filetypes.

I would recommend getting Wav 2 ADX and converting all of your wav and mp3 files for MUGEN into ADX files.  This format loops better and allows for higher quality.
If you have already done this and are still having a problem, change your CFG settings to not allow for looping.

i still have the same problem but its still crashes! heres what i have right now in CFG...what to change again? im using "adxencd" DOS program, i have a few wav files.

 ;List Winamp-compatible plugins here.
  ;Specify the filename of the plugin and the list of file types to
  ;use the plugin for. One plugin per line.
  ;Example: plugin = plugins/my_plugin.dll, mp3, mp2, mpg
  ;
  ;If music is not looping with a particular plugin, you can try an
  ;optional first argument looptype=1 (seek to zero; may stutter)
  ;or looptype=2 (reload plugin; slow).
  ;Example: plugin = looptype=1, plugins/my_plugin.dll, mp3, mp2, mpg
plugin = looptype=2, plugins/in_cube.dll, adx

ADX files still has the same problem as the mp3s....still crashes for a while
