This stage looks like a cut-and-paste job from several different sources (all with different art styles) and looks bad.
The background looks like London. The telephone pole has what looks like Korean letters on it. The big ball thing in the middle has a few frames of animation and has more of a striking art style difference.
The zoffset is also way too low.
