I was just wonderin...I'm making a full game for a couple of friends of mine using this screenpack, but I was wondering if there is a way to make maybe the whole LAST hidden row or 2 all unselectable? I wanna use this line(s) for my boss char options. :-??

Selectable characters are only those that can be reached from the Player 1 starting position (in this case the question mark). in this chart you see that the unselectbale characters are only unselectable because the cursor can not be moved over to those spaces.

So in the case of this screenpack, it's not possible to make the whole of the last line selectable cause I would be able to reach it from the above unhidden boxes...only the last 8-10 boxes would be unselectable here...hmmmm...ok, I'll have to work something out then. Thanks, Acey. ^^(PM)^
EDIT: Wait. If I'm using that Vselect tool to do my select, if I right-click and select 'remove' does that put a blank there making it like a wall that will make the characters to the other side of it unselectable? In other words, like the 'blanks' that you had in your diagram...would selecting 'remove' make it a 'blank' spot?

Ok, good...one last question. How do you tell mugen to not wrap on the select screen? So that I can' go all the way around the select screen by going all the way left or all the way right?

Look in the system.def file
Look for the section: [Select Info]
And a few lines down from there: wrapping = 1
change it to zero for no wrapping.

Sweet! Thanks again, Acey. With this I should be able to figure out a way to make my bosses unselectable.
