Dictator, Ive been having alot of errors on IMT today :/ wondering if its my internet.

Thanks Jodafro! It means alot. The SF1 Palette does have red hair, its probably a tad bit dark maybe?

I was just trying to follow what colors the SF1 sprite was giving me. It could be worse, it could be my crappy M.Bison palettes lol
