The suffix -city means the "the state of being" and is only works with words using the suffix -ious which defines that the subject in question already is like being Velocious > state of Velocity, being atrocious > state of atrocity, being ferocious > state of ferocity. The only games robotnik was the last boss of were: sonic 1,2,3 and knuckles, CD ( I assume), 4 episode 1, colours, advanced 1 and 2.
