Baby Commando, Hoover, Baby Head, what ever name you prefer this baby is strong! Although Hoover has no new moves (besides canceling his projectiles into each other) his playablility has been tighted with adjusted velocities, combos and hyper properties. (And he also has the 10 new items listed in the main release party post of course.)
The Capcom City stage has had little change, only a few additional cameos by other Capcom characters.
