If there was a MVC 3 the final boss should be Sigma, who's traversed time and space to take over the world before X and Zero awaken from their perspective slumber. (then they both could be incluced, traveling though time and space to recrute people to to stop Sigma and his forces once and for all)

first you fight 3 capcom bosses last being a mix of marvel & capcom.
sigma, final boss from devil may cry(forgot name), and a akuma w/ infinite gauntlet
then u fight 3 marvel bosses last guy having a mix of both marvel and capcom
galactus, Loki, thanos(infinte gauntlet) w/ powers of akuma.

Somethings I suggest:
- No adamantium Claw or Boneclaw Wolverine crap. Just 1 Wolverine who can do the things that he does like how he was in the older VS Series games. Like the Diagonal Downward Diving Kick and the straight downward diving kick in one Wolverine, he can do the Aerial Tornado Claw, and probably, to counter some of the many projectile super whores, his healing factor move from XMen:COTA but in a balanced way...
- Characters having their own endings would be fine (actually should be back "P), the problem is that if the game stays on the 3 man system, how would it be? The character who beats the final boss gets the ending?
- MOAR character rivalries and interactions.. like Special Intros between a certain Marvel and Capcom character...
- NO more Sissy Megaman... now He's all grown up as Megaman X. xD

Yeah : (. It would be cool though if they worked with DC instead and make a DC crossover game. And I wouldn't care if they used the same sprites for the Capcom characters because they still look great to me. But if there was a MvC 3 I think a boss tag team would be a great final battle. It could be Shin M. Bison, Master Magneto (from X-Men: Children of the Atom), and either Shin Akuma or Dr. Doom. That would be insane. If there's a DC crossover game the last boss should definitely be Darkseid, no question about it.

I also agree with the idea of a boss team though. hell, they should ditch the tag system and use a KOF four man/leader system, but have a move that would let you swap mid fight at the cost of super bar.
