Looking really good but that red flash after every KO is gonna get annoying real fast. Should just save it for bosses or something.

I've seen that video. It's an Openbor mod (beat em up game engine) from bWWd. He uses his previous mod, Super Fighting Spirit, as his template to working on this TMNT mod. He posted his Super Fighting Spirit thread in MFG last year. I think he knows about Mugen coding and OpenBor coding. He posts his TMNT wip in Lavalit. You can check out his progress in the WIP section under the Mod Center. Or simply go to the WIPs which you can go shortcut.

hmmm yeh man youre right ill have to agree ;*)). it would be best if he left it for the last boss of the stage or master of the game

Am I the only one who thinks the Turtles' sprites looks like the turtle outfits from the first film?

Wonder if you can also throw Foot goons towards the screen ala Turtles in Time? If anything else it'd make a good callback

ya know... i asked my self that same question after i did it but then i said f*ck it :-??. not surprised someone picked up on it.
at first i was going to put it in the videogame section but i really didnt know what to consider this so here we are. so what do you consider it? i actually took it as the same thing like that Wip that dude is doing for that "street fighter Final fight game" er somethin. wasnt that in the mugen wips? honestly i cant remember

that would be cool. eh anyway his homie Dcat's new TMNT chars updates are off the chain man. i was just testin em out. that boy stepped up big time. but yeh this TMNT beat em up game looks fun though. he needs to just take out that red flash K.O. for the normal enemies like Batz said and just leave it for the final bosses er somethin.

Not only reserve the flashing KO for bosses but maybe spruce it up a bit. Add some kinda zoom in like lines along the sides

Don't worry, man. Everything will be different from Super Fightin Spirit. Hey, come on. This guy knows what to do.

How come Raphael is not attacking with his Sais?

It's a WIP progress, not a complete version. I don't know if he would either fight hand-to-hand or with weapons. We'll see what he has. Anyways, BOR/OpenBOR is known for beat em ups as well as Mugen known for fighting. I love both though. ;)

bWWd (the guy making the game) said the turtles will use weapons mostly for special moves and knockdown attacks. If you watch carefully, Raph does use his sais for the drill attack and the uppercut move.

The game looks good!  The hit sound reminded me of hit sound from Street Fighter II.
