The costume looks fine to me, because I know it could have been worse, and I'm sure his helmet will take some getting used to. My biggest complaint would be the stunt doubles face, because it looks too "thick".

In the comics they did fight together in WWII. i.e. canada allying itself with USA and other UN forces
