I dont know where this thing came from but i had some gifs of it for a couple years and now after seeing these videos im like wondering who came up up with that crap? lol

I don't know who made it, but it's actually a couple of years old.
A 4chan meme started in 2006 of the Dragonball Z character Cell in blackface shouting “SHOOP DA WHOOP”, “IMMA CHARGIN MAH LAZER”, and/or “IMMA FIRIN MAH LAZER”, typically ending with the firing of said lazer. Though the origin is disputed, Encyclopedia Dramatica claims it to be a Flash animation called “Syntax Error #2” on /b/.


The meme has been reproduced as both images, motivators and animations.

Yeh so my guess was right it was a couple years old then cuz thats when i really kept seein them gifs..
