Back In The Day is one my favorite hip hop songs of all time, good post Sabaki. Sure brings back memories. All we need now is some Skee-Lo.
Here's some more. Gotta shout-out Black Moon. Had a good run in the early '90s, some solid beats, wicked rhyming skills, and they kept their settings close to home (at least, if you're from Brooklyn ;D ). Got a few of their albums & compliations, including "Total Eclipse", which was pretty chill and deep.
@DEMONKAI: My fellow Brooklynite :D ! Yeah, I knew some cats that rolled with Black Moon back in the days. They were up in Brownsville iirc.
Man, beat me to the Smif n Wessun joints & Crooklyn Dodgers!. Ah well, I got some more stuff up my sleeve ;)
Alot of you guys might not know about this guy especially if you come from America. But this is one of my fav rappers from Japan his name is Zeebra and this was from one of his album Rhyme Animal and is one of japans classic HipHop albums the song is called Still number 1 and the beat is nice.
