The tag stuff is just awesome. Does anyone know how I would select the tag mode on xmugen though? I've been trying to figure that out for a while now.  :-??

@mr infinity - is that sagat one of your w.i.p's or is it someone elses char?

@shulbocka - can't help you there bro, haven't used Xmugen

It's just an EOH Sagat that I edited a while back, but never released publicly.

oh and do you ever plan on releasing sagat or is it a private char?

No, I was referring to the version of mugen you play on an original xbox. It's just like winmugen, but it's a port of Linux Mugen and can use pretty much any screenpack you want with it, as long as it's low-res.
