This character was made by a friend of mine and i was asked to host and advertise, considering that the programming is original, i doubt it'll be bad. quite mysterious though. Every one of his moves unleashes a classic YouTube moment... or not. xD

This character also comes with 3 specials... and his 3rd special is none other than... A RICK ROLL MOVE (almost an instant KO EVERY TIME)

Funny unintentional glitch:

Everytime you block any of his projectiles, your character says PINGAS lol -Zeh-true-Chaomaster

Its an interesting idea...but the char feels like an incomplete beta....the char needs a lot of work

In statedef 620, the changestate should be to statedef 50 not statedef 0

The idea is there- the product isn't quite there yet though.
