Title: a Luke Cage mugen?

I was wondering if anyone plans to make a Luke Cage mugen.

I did have some plans for it and even gotten started on the sprites but I'm sure a more experienced mugen maker could handle it

This is my first edit but shows an interesting base for Kage. The bases are edited Dudley and Urien for hands, excuse my bad English I used the  google translator  :-"

But theirs was one of my inspirations, my shirt was actually supposed to be black but gave laziness  ;D. But the bases are different from that used them I think, the basis of these is the tiger martial masters and mine is a sprite edit of dudley and pras hand I used Urien. er ameu first edit as found valid by me based on someone, sorry if I did something wrong. excuse my English is google translator <_<|google|.
