But permission is due when you plan on releasing it.

Like Darktalbain said this is other people's material (i sent some mails to Capcom Ltd but Haruhiro Tsujimoto never answered to me................. %-()
The sp is a mix between sfa3 and mvc. With a special title screen (characters changing on each categories).
Will release this next thursday or friday.

Post by: Acey on February 22, 2010, 11:25:29 AM: The problem seems to be that he can't release the screen pack because it's made with stuff taken out of the screen packs. He's have to go around getting permission and all that jazz which is just a pain in the bottom.

But it would have been better for him to clarify in the first post, "I'm just showing off my own personal screen pack" and posting it in the "show & tell" section rather than placing it in the "wip" section.
