i made some pallets for other chars, is it "cool" to post a link to them for others, and if so where?

Yes, you can post s link for other to have, just remember to put the name of the author who made the character
and you would post them in graphic arts :)

Also save a sprite or an animated gif of the stance or something so we can see what the palette looks like
