i want you to edit his legs and head or show me what to do because its suppose to be the violent ken stance

EDIT: i think it need to be rotated so it looks like hes stance and not look like hes been hit

wow! did u do that snk gill? it looks great! you did the exact step: add color gradation.also add muscular lines in the right places, and enlight every muscle surface.
let me say u sir, u did an excellent work.
for improve the coloring theres no much to do, u respected snk style: dark the limitrophy lines, and then gradation to light in a mid-hi contrast. the size..i think u should make him a little "bigger".
Gill is a perfect body. tall and big. u shoul try to mantain that aspect of him..
so at least, leave him at the same size as Sagat in svc. i post a comparative, also with an example of a palette a liiiitle more contrasted, so he can looks more "musculaer tuned" (look at sagat´s aspect )
for resising i recomend u to use the "free transform tool" of photoshop. so u can see, and have total control over the scaling, pixel by pixel.

OK.. here what i think more convenient to u is that u start by a fankensprite of ken that makes the base of the stance, and then, starting of that, clean it, full holes, and add finishes.
here i put u a frankensprited violent stance base:

with all due respect the snk gill sprite is efex's not mine... however i want to make a full character  with it. thats why i asked for advice to resize and color all the sf3 gill sprites... efex's snk sprite edits are amazing just look at some of these

well. then theres what u have to do : add color gradation: capcom uses from 2 to 3 colours generally for skin. snk from 4 to 5.
check the gills u posted. then, adding light to all principal muscles, they look more "balloned".
u can start with that! :)

i'm afraid to do something like that takes much much more then resizing. also efex most likely doesnt use hotmail too often but he does visit prime central station http://z4.invisionfree.com/PrimeCentralStation/index.php

theres also a tutorial on converting one style to another but the sprite section requires some posting before visiting i think. *i been there a good while so i dont remember*

im finally able to see images!
i have to say Zeswai: what an interesting concept! looks very cool. remembers me to shen woo, but ansatsuken style! XD||

As Mystery XIII said, you did the corrections. but if i may suggest u, the ear must be nearest to the eye. also the back hair was square. it can be sharped to make it more natural.
the forehead line needed a liiitle spot of shadow below the forehair.

you should work frist in her legs. principally her right one. it looks like she has no balance..like if she is falling anymoment. give her strenght in the pose... :)

first of all hell good you are working in cvs sean.
second: the sf3 to cvs conversion could be made at 2 levels:

1.- resizing n color matching
2.- resizing, color matching AND graphic style adaptation (wich is the hardest, but the better results one)

what are you planning 2 do?

I wonted akuma, ryu and ken to do that cvs but with both arms down for my Lv2 part of my three characters were they have there wings at all times big thanks if you do the edits for me  ;D

the first looks good. just his arms looks strange. too bully. try to shape them more.
the second is even better. just fix that palette error that makes his pants look noisy

YO!!!!! maran lol where's my animation rofl i need it im getting my comp back tomarrow and i need to get that beta out and the private beta for the beta testers needs that animation in it!!!! i could add you to the beta list if you help me out m8!
