Title: Coding in snd saying characters name when chosen

Hey guys, is there a way to code in an snd to play the characters name when u chose them on the select screen in mugen...

like for example if i chose ryu, and the snd would play and say "Ryu"

Just like it does when u select a charcter on mortal kombat...


If so please tell me how to do it or point me in the right direction

Maybe, with a better MUGEN version.   :-??
