After seeing her in my mugen , she definately needs more , sprites , detail , & shading . As much as I'd like to . I really do not have the time to take on more spriting . I have enough with my own projects .

She already is on my mugen with the untouched sprites ;)
BTW This is GM Spectre's sprites , correct ? Anyone get permission to do this . I know a lot of his sprites became open source , but Supergirl wasn't in there ? So I am curious before everyone puts a bunch of work into her .

Good start on super girl however there is a lot of things missing from her sprites.. Shading detail colors and she her legs and body is really big compared to her head.. I have a proposition for you.. Let me add detail to all your sprites... I can also give her moves more bang so they don't look so out dated.. Anyways here is an example of what I can do a before and after shot... I will also find a freind who can program her as well..

Then... the work you made is good... but in the skin there are too much colours and in my opinion she don't look like Capcom style, rather as much close to snk style

Yes the sprites are open source. The creator criok says they are open source and they are posted in the open source sprites section here:

As a matter of fact the author posted again on March 12th wondering if anyone decided to take her as a wip and code her and continue her.
