Title: mugen hi-res chars sprites release

ok,  I have been out of the mugen scene for a long time so I don't know if its okay to release sprites for a char that is already but in "hi-res" using the alien skin blow up technique.

If you will use the Blow Up, you will scale it down on mugen to its half size, so its become really Hi res

yeah I guess it will make it look less blurry.
