I just finished the first stage of a patch I'm making for BigEliKing's Venom. This is mostly just changing te sounds to get a more "Web of Shadows Venom" feel, but because I could not deepen "Hey", "Villain", "Come and get us!", etc. I used completely different sounds and removed the text bubble sprites.
BTW, the sounds that I used were either from Warcraft III or deepened versions of what he already had.
Based on what I did/used, would I need to get his permission to release this patch publicly? I know that he is not open source.
If so, could anyone tell me how I could get ahold of him?
