I Don't Think Dragon Soul Is Cheap, He Just Needs Sum Tweaking, But His AI Puts Up A Good Fight.
Cheap Characters Are Usually Overpowered Or Just Plain Weird Characters.

i like those but id like new ones BUT i cant download anymore chars or stages or that stuff it sucks so ill deal with it but yeah maybe its my comp its really messed up right now and im glad you liked it
