here (http://www.sendspace.com/file/3iltkq/) is the gca extractor installer and I think you're supposed to "right click" and "extract with dgca", or just double click the ".gca" file you want to extract and it does it automatically.

Hope it helps.

In computing, GCA is a freeware compression utility created in 2000 by Shin-ichi Tsuruta. GCA is a compressed archive format. It has higher compression capabilities than ZIP, especially with binary files. The next generation of GCA is 'DGCA'. Not widely used other than being used by some Japanese programmers for compressing characters from the M.U.G.E.N. game engine into one file.

Ok, here's a few tips on how to do it:

First, open it, you may see some question marks (ie japanese characters) that are un-extractable.
Choose the files you want to extract (ignore the "??" files). Click extract and it will give you a pop-up on where you want to extract the files. Click browse and find a folder that suits your taste then extract.
