You basicly take your favorate bisket mix, and make a big thing of it, add some cheese to the mix
Then you ground up some beef (about a pound)
You take what you make pie's in and you greese it up with butter, you had half a pound of meat to each pie thingy, top with more cheese and any thing else you want to add
Cover evenly with mix, and top with more cheese.
Pop it in the oven (forgot what temp and time)
Its great stuff... you can get the real recipy on (some) bisquick boxes

They tend to put chilli on what they serve, but they also have other kinds of hotdogs and hamburgers, frys, shakes. Its good food.
I know its not a west cost only thing.. cuz they have them in colorado...
But i dont remember if they were in other states...
Im sure they are.
