Title: Help converting SWF to AVI, Or WMV!

OK, I properly downloaded a Video from Newgrounds. *MEtal gear Awesome* And I just cant find a free program to work, I found the perfect one, But I Downloaded it months ago and the trial expired. Is there a reliable free App for this job??

The first one didnt work, and the 2nd is another trial.
