with my character you will be able to fight as billy or morph into the blue ranger. this is my very first mugen character and members at xat.com/IMT_MUGEN_TEAM already know that I am doing this. after I finish this I might also make the yellow and pink rangers as well since noone has taken them over yet.... got anything you can help me with send me a pm please

u should do them MVC style i have yet to see that :-??? You mean a MMPR char in MvC style? If so, my Black Ranger is MvC style.

I am having trouble trying to figue out how to fix an attack sprite and I gotta fix a few sprites and idk what program to use to videotape anything

there is someone already working on the pink ranger (almost done too) but the blue ranger has never been made nor the yellow ranger either don't know if the first red ranger has been done either (the one that has the diosaur robot) the blue ranger would make a great addition to the mugen power rangers crew. I hope somebody makes lord zed goldar scorpina and rita soon.
Red Ranger was done by shinnox.
