Try using Gimp (http://www.gimp.org/windows/) and grab the psd file that I have uploaded in this post here (http://www.infinitymugenteam.com/Forum_345/index.php?topic=9691.msg114884#msg114884).

You can switch layers by hitting page down and page up.
