Mugen Plus is a winmugen that enables the use of Hi Res Screenpacks ONLY however it can use Both Hi Res and Low Res Stages.When using a Hi Res stage for Mugen Plus you must go under stage Info in the def file of the Hi Res stage and type in Hires=1 so that Mugen plus will know it's a Hi Res Stage.
