Title: MUGEN Paradise Forums Avatar Templates

This is the Template:

I wanted to keep it simple to make them in MS Paint here are  some examples I turned the Template into:

cause the're made in Paint, not that Fancy Photoshop

Try gimp (http://www.gimp.org/windows/) out.

It may not be the powerhouse that photoshop is but its a great program for being free.

yeah that does seem really dull but i always do my edits in paint and u can do much better than that.  :-w
