tell me wat u think ill remove that black so u can see more clearly but its am idea

Well, you need to cut out all that black before you save it as PNG, I tend to use Paint.net for that sort of thing since it makes it easy to do.

I just deleted the background layer with photoshop 7.0. It's very easy!!!

Yes, do what they said, delete the background layer, then save as a .png .
