besides the theme song(god that was awful) the megaman cartoon looked rather decent...was it the one where the "Gutsman`s a$$" meme came from?

Double Dragon!!i remember that also...i still have an action figure of the bad guy of that show :DYeah, that's where the meme came from. I used to watch all these video game shows when I was a kid. The only toon based on a game I never saw was the American SF cartoon. I watched SF2V instead. :)

I know the feeling
the 90s were sort of a golden age of kids cartoons because, despite great gags, they really struck a chord with kids if the studios put the effort into it, which a number of em did. There was a BUNCH of great 90s cartoons..too many to list
