Title: A specs question about NFS ProStreet.
Post by: Ryu # 20 on May 07, 2008, 10:23:20 AM
My laptop's comin' next week and I would like to know if it will be able to run NFS ProStreet. I KNOW there will be no graphic issues like this P.C. I'm in with NFS Carbon, but you can never be too sure.

Here's my future specs:

Dell Inspiron 1525

Intel Core Duo T5550 1.83 Ghz
2GB DDR2 RAM
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100
O.S.: Windows Vista Home Premium

(Luckily I got this as a gift from my parents in exchange for 2 school holiday trips I didn't go so it's a hell of a deal for me. :w00t:)

if it even plays it, its going to stutter alot. you need a better graphics card.

If so get a better video card from www.newegg.com
I recommend you to buy from newegg its cheaper.

Hey newegg sells 1GB SD Cards for low as $4.99 a pop.

Its better to make your own custom PC because its cheaper by just getting parts and OS's(such as ubuntu(ubuntu is free); PC games can be run in linux with Wine(will be a bit slower than it will in windows because wine runs in the background)).

But the ram is cheap for 1GB on newegg(get a heatsink ram card so games run better).
