Title: Need help with a freewebs site template i want!

Here is the site that i want the template off of.  http://www.freewebs.com/dvmugen/main.htm (http://www.freewebs.com/dvmugen/main.htm)  How do i get that template for freewebs? I would love to have a similar template to that to spruce up my mugen website.
