NOTE:I have people actualy helping me on this, but reading the rules I cannot post this in the W.I.P. section.
It will use DragonBallZ:Legacy of Goku style sprites(yes, that is rather different for a mugen game I know).

For those interested I have composed fake screenshots of what I made for the screenpack.

Eh, pretty simple.

The little blue capsule is the cursor. What it highlights is also seen in text on the Dragon Radar. We might have characters flying to the right later on, that or them fighting.

SELECT SCREEN:

The arrows on the right lead to another page of characters(note, this is an Idea and I'm not shure it can be done)
P1=red as P2= blue.

I tried to make the lifebars in SOME style close to the original Budokai game, and failed bad.
NOTE:STAGE DOES NOT EXIST, NOR DO THE CHARACTERS(yet).
Something above 30 characters are planned. Might increase of decrease based on how many team members I pick up.
Two custom characters are planned. PLANNED is a very good word, it TRULY depends on how lazy I get.
The gameplay will work like Budokai. With a simple Punch, Kick, Blast, and Block. Energy blasts, specials, and Finishing moves will probaly be included, and be used in a "P,P,K,K,E" type way.

Well I think you might have something here but there are a couple of things that also kinda scary me away from this topic.

Overall, I really like the idea that your presenting as a DBZ screenpack but not as a full version game.

I like the opening menu especially how you incorporated the Capsule Corp is your select icons, and the DB Locator as an interface for selecting. Maybe if you had an opening intro of an actually DBZ clip  followed by anyone throwing a fireball at the screen, flashing it white just before the menu screen would be sick. Gotta have the Japanese dialog with english subs (Or English dialog for non-anime/ DBZ enthusist), IDK just an idea... Still tho, :thumbsup:

Again, the capsules for the selection are awesome and a side scroll selection bar wil be a very nice touch for a character select screen. The character select portriats are nicely put togther too...  :)

Here's where I'm worried, basing a game completely around DBZ Legecy sprites. I'm afriad of midget people and im a afriad of chibi characters for that limitations and small reply value. Even the DBZ sprites from the Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo engines (originally edited, of course) would be a far better additions to your project then chibi characters. Curious but not doubtful, I'm sure since you did note it's not official, that there's still time to contemplate roster changes.  ^^(PM)^ and  %%-

No, it's LOG sprites period. But I am editing what doesn't exist, adding more sprites, for their specials. Like Raccoome's Eraser Cannon, and an updated version of Vegeta's Big Bang Attack(since the one IN logII/Buu's Fury is dull and bland).

What the f**k are you talking about?
There is no character for download, hell, there is no anything to download yet.
ANYWAYS, this is an actual W.I.P. now(it still has to remain here, since there are no screenshots of the characters in actual action). My friend has agreed to start coding the first two characters, Goku and Vegeta.
Also, a generous friend coded all of the stages already.
ANOTHER NEWS POINTER:
Arale from Dr.Slump is a planned character.

Her sprites are resized from her Jump Ultimate Stars sprites.
Reason:Akira Toriyama made DragonBall AND Dr.Slump. Once Arale was in an episode of Dragon Ball, when Goku fought General Tao. For that reason, Arale is planned as a bonus character.
