Maybe you might want to move this post to the Help section for better responses, but hope this helps...
If you have the hitparks you wanna uses, and they are in a 24bit BMP file, Take your hitspark into Fighter Factory and convert the BMP to a PCX by clicking on the Pallette Options (the Artpad thingy), and add all your BMP hitsparks to the left hand box, select save all PCX as exisiting/same name.
Once you have them saved as a PCX, add your hitsparks to your Sff or sprite list. Then set your hitparks as an animation and remember the number you deicide to use for the action. Don't forget this. You can use any number so long as it doesn't belong to another animation. I used "777" as an example below.
Then, in your CNS, there should be two hitspark options for whatever move your trying to set with a hitspark, something like:
SparkXY = 0, 0
Spark(something) = s777<------ I forgot what the other spark code says but thats where you place your hitspark action number. You can press Ctrl + F to open a find word box, search for it if you can't find it...
Also, be sure to add the letter "s" before the number on the spark code like this:
SparkXY = 0, 0
Spark(something) = s777
Good Luck %%-

when you add them don't share the pallete... if they look darker just add transparency... A or A1 or C
