I may get beaten up for this but I am sick and tired of seeing the same old chars like Ryu,Ken,Akuma,Kyo,Iori,Spiderman and such what's the point in making Marvel Capcom Snk and DBZ chars anyway when thousands of the same character exists? It's killing me with this annyoing bullcrap of the same characters that you can get on game systems over and over again nonono Another is the MP3 issues.Sometimes it won't loop and sometimes it would stagger and then freeze up my game not to mention that I hate lagging and crashing and it's annoying how the creators be putting all of the characters files inside a second folder and it's annoying how the def files and folder names would be different. It took me forever to figure out why these chars wouldn't show up in my roster. If character making was fast and easy I'd make so many chars that don't exist for mugen because I'm sick of looking around for mugen chars and All I find is Streetfighter,DBZ,Marvel,SNK,Darkstalkers,Megaman and more.Where are the RPG chars like Final Fantasy,Breath of Fire,Star Ocean?Where are the anime chars like Love Hina,Negima,Pokemon,Kanon,Fullmetal Panic and more?Where are the nintendo chars?Sega?Konami?Where is the WWE chars?I tell you no wonder why ppl stopped playing mugen because all these creators do is make the same old same old chars that we've already seen on game systems thousands of times. That's why you see me on Japanese websites getting RPG chars and Anime and Nintendo And Sega Chars Etc.That's why I admire creators like Drowin and Minoo.I think it's sad really.Plus another thing that pisses me off is the fact there is no mugen that can play Hi and Low res screenpacks and stages.I got one that can play any stage Hi Res or Low Res but it only takes Hi Res Screenpack.Sigh When I first got into mugen I was so excited but my hopes where shot down when I learned that all those chars I've dreamed seeing in a fight didn't exist.

thing that most annoys me is the random f**k*** crashes ~X(

when i heat the music skip i feel like punching my comp screen and also the random F*cking crashes \-/o

Yeah, I have to say the thing that annoys me the most about MUGEN is the fact that everyone and their mother just wants to make/remake the same character, OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER....
Our No Limit WinMUGEN can hold a maximum of 65, 535 characters... and I swear you could fill the entire game with just Ryu's, Ken's, and Akuma's.
I know that Street Fighter is what pretty much made 2D fighting games popular, but... enough is enough. \-/o There's really no need for that crap.
Next after that is the random crashing, although, on Vista, the game does seem to run pretty smoothly, a lot less crashing than there is on XP, I'll say.

^That, anime chars, non-english txt files, hypers that crash or dont stop & lag. :-w

Crashes, Shotokan Army of spo, god, evil, orochi, hyper, wild, loligagging versions of ryu, ken, and akuma. Lack of creative freedom on palette making. Other than that, I love it! :)

Lack of creative freedom on palette making.
Aahh, yes. How did I forget that...

I'm pretty lucky that MUGEN rarely crashes on me, so I can't complain about that. I also can't really complain about the various shoto-clones and variants that are out there...I actually encourage everyone to put their own unique spin on an already made character, because I believe it facilitates the imagination that defines MUGEN creation (e.g. Reject #253 by Kamekaze) I mean, no one is forced to try every variant that exists.
That said, I do tend to enjoy the CvS-style characters the most and I would definitely prefer to see expert authors (such as Warusaki3, P.O.t.S. and Kamekaze) spend their time taking on SF characters that have received less attention from the community (such as Fei Long and Rose) rather than creating another version of a character that is already available.
Back to the topic though, I would have to agree that music skipping/stopping is the most frustrating problem I encounter the most with MUGEN.

Nothing really annoys me anymore about mugen since i am able to make it run at its best. The only thing that annoyed me before was the random crashes.
-
people complaining about it <_<|...|

Anyway or tips to prevent those random crashes or to make them rarely happen? >:(
-
if you use XP turn down the hardware acceleration
if you use vista use the in_mad150b.dll plugin :|
-
Random crashes when the music stutters, and the fact that I can't view some stages without MUGEN crashing.

Man, I have so much to complain about, but I usually like to keep things short and sweet (thats my wit for you). Only two things will escape my mouth, and that is: 1. Mugeneers giving up on their creations for a reason other than lack of coding knowledge and real life issues, and 2. Said mugeneers privatizing their characters or quitting mugen altogether, and not sticking around to prove leechers and leakers alike wrong. That about covers it. 8)
