Don't get rid of sprites, just replace them. If you delete required gethit sprites it corrupts the character. And read some of the documents that come with mugen.

Use Kfm.  Dont delete sprites.  Like the other guy said, deleting required sprites will crash the game.

Trust me, you don't wanna give up on something you've only gotten a grasp of.  Two years ago, I planned on working on NiGHTs for mugen, but I didn't have everything planned out (not to mention I suck at coding), so I gave up on him/her.  Don't make the same mistake I did....its not worth it.

I only deleted sprites when adding sprites like the attacked sprites and bubbles crashed Mugen. I think I have an idea, when I add sprites, does there need to be a shared pallette on the sprite before I add the new ones, or just one shared pallette in the beginning?

As far as I know, having a shared palette or not wont crash your game.  The sprites will just come out weird. But you do need a palette.

Maybe, if I succeed with Wart. His original size is on the first page. I was thinking of doing Triclyde next.
