Title: Ikemen help Not sure if this is the place

Ok not sure if this should be posted in "Mugen help" since Ikemen is different but does anybody know why direction keys including arrows keys on the keyboard and the D-pad on controllers  are unreadable to the engine? No use with JoytoKey either. If anybody can help that would be cool! if not, then would you kindly direct me to somewhere I could get some help with Ikemen?
