I agree that he needs animation on the lower part!! Maybe he right hand should be a fist instead of opening and closing. Also his chest animation needs to be improved. Maybe use less strench frames.
Maybe for a start you can implement his head on existing sprites and create more heads too!! :thumbsup:

I am not a spriter, but you can have an idea of what you can do to improve the animation. Cut the members in pieces, shift them few pixels, etc

That was actually not bad stance, but the body needs to movement as O Ilusionista shown example, otherwise he look like he's ready to grab Power Girl's big boobies.well the outfit from the action figure looks like the one from the spiderman movie but this one with his yellow/blue outfit will do
