Character Request

I have a request for a character I wanted to see in M.U.G.E.N but could never find. A Howard The Duck char. He could have Kung-Fu Man's basic attacks, but can throw a grenade, use Vapors of Valtorr (which works like Squirtle's water gun), Shield of the Seraphim (which creates a forcefield), and Foie Gras (which summons a sword replacing all his punching attacks with a sword swing, dealing more damage). and for hypers he can transform into Iron Duck and use his flamethrower, get into a taxi and run over his enemies (Like Ash's deathcoaster), and his BFG (Big Freaking Gun) from Marvel Zombie which when fired creates a huge explosion. His intro can be him walking out of the portal from Marvel Zombies, Taunt can be him striking a Duck-Fu pose saying "you /never/ mess with a master of duck fu", and outro will be him saying "stupid hairless ape" as he gets in his taxi to drive away.
