It's funny that last month, someone in school showed off to his friends the videos of Terry Crews's Old Spice downloaded from YouTube in his laptop. I watched the rest of the videos minus the instruments part. I thought it was funny so I got home and watched the rest of them including the instrument. Man, I really love the parts from his Old Spice ads.

It's so funny as heck.

doesn't matter what you think. I'm not posting my private pics here. But I do plan to quite the whole he, she, etc. bit. I plan on making my Web site and fb public soon.

Anyways back on topic. Thanks for the route video. I'm going to look at a few more of Terry's videos. I'm changing my work out routine. These will be very helpful.

I am almost there too Rage. i am toned right now from being 265 to now 195, i got more to work on ...the abs need to be ripped up.

. I lost 65 pounds in 3 months and

of working out , sweating and routine dieting and drinking more water and cut out the soda for a good while. its hard to let go of the philly cheesesteaks tho but i just grab one every blue moon these days since i was hospitalized for my gall bladder infection. I have since been healthy and wanna get ripped again like i was many years ago. DemonKai is ripped too. Like a marvel comic character! $\-/o$ i shall get there you 2!

I am going to use that Terry Crews vid for my spring to summer workout sessions.

Yea i can DEFF see terry crews play the role of luke cage...but you know how hollywood is they would pick someone else who wouldn't fit the role anyways over someone who would be perfect for it
