I have some hope that the directors will do justice for the fans of the comics, mainly some or purists/geeks/nerds as well as appeal to those who don't read the comics, rather watch live action portrayals...

See, if I wasn't familiar with Aquaman allready I'd say this movie looks stupid. The entire concept it a little hokey I guess, lost boy from Atlantis and all.

Since it is Aquaman, I'll go see it.

Its just a failed TV Pilot. No movie. The CGI Justice League Movie ala Final Fantasy will be the launching pad for future DC Movies. 2010-20 could be DC finally giving Marvel a run for their Money.

See my post above, if you notice that Aquaman is the guy who played Green Arrow on Smallville. No Aquaman movies are being made at this time. Batman, Watchmen, and Justice League are the only DC movies in production, and pre production as we speak.

meh, not a big fan of Aquaman, more of a Sub Mariner fan. I'd just see it for Kenny Johnson, that's about it.

Other than that, sounds like a good Lifetime movie...

There was a TV Pilot for Justice League too years ago that tanked like this one.
