I'm talking about the entire forum, one minute I wasn't able to get in and now all of a sudden dead topics are bumped and everything looks all weird...

As I said, I think the forum was rolled back, meaning it's been reset to a couple of days ago. Any posts/topics after the point the forum reset to therefore cease to have existed.
