What's the deal on Garuda anyway? I mean I only saw him in that EX game, (which was crap). I mean, does he actually have story or was he there just because?

I've heard Oro is the strongest in the SF universe..

Ugh, I'd hate to say it but Oro would probably win.

To be honest I hate the SF3 characters more then Akira's SFEX characters.

Over all though SF3 and the SFEX games can all rot in pieces.

Currently oro is the strongest. Garuda doesnt even exist plus he wouldnt beat oro. I wish they would hurry up and advance the story and bring shin akuma in and make it canon for sure so that oro would have to use both his arms. I wanna see what oro truly can do. I mean in sf3 the guy can do a spirit bomb with one arm.

only one arm is used. he sealed the other off with powerful magic because its tooo powerful and extremely destructive

Yea Oro FTW especially since im not sure if im correct but i do believe That oro stil fought akuma one handed and only let his hand out for a brief moment wen he fought akuma(dont remember were i read about the fight)

I think garuda would win cause i played sfex3 with him

and oro on sf3 also and when i look at them, i know how powerful oro is, but garuda has that potential and plus when you fight him, he has that tendency to teleport like yomosimtu(or whatever his name is from tekken) a lot. Plus a lot of grauda's moves do a lot of hits. That is just what I think. My answer is garuda.

that dont mean anything when someone has to fight with one arm because their second arm is too powerful that shows u who is stronger. Garuda is strong but hes not that strong hes like on akumas level or something..

it would be hard to say because we have yet to see the scope of what oro can do but defeating akuma one handed who can survive the water pressure at the bottom of the ocean and split ships in half with one move speaks volumes but id still say oro just because if at SF3 Ryu had evil Ryu level power and Oro States that ryu has another 15 years until he could train with oro that would put oro LEAGES ahead of anyone in the sf universe
