looks like someone went overboard with the ranking. I have like a zillion title ranks and no starts :-\

I am about to drop the amount of themes we have to maybe 3 or 4 of them. :-\ Everytime I upgrade one, it messes the others up. I am usig Blueskies and it has a new slew of stars I inserted. I will fix the other one's later tonight.

All themes should be fixed as far as titles and stars are concerned.
